HZTC-407 type current and voltage mutual inductor calibration device is mainly composed of mutual inductor calibrator, current and voltage load box, voltage regulation controlling part, special test wires, large current wires, the current standard of self - rising current, the voltage standard of self - rising voltage, dedicated line, mutual inductor calibration software ect. It is a novel automated testing equipment, using advanced electronic technology to directly mining polar and decomposing the error signal of the mutual inductor, and after the appropriate operation, display the mutual inductor percent, phase error, quadrature error.

Product Features:

◆ Current, voltage mutual inductor calibration device used to test the accuracy of grade 0.01 and grade 10, rated secondary current 5A, 1A current mutual inductor and rated secondary voltage 100V, 100/3V, 150V(100/3V, 220V) voltage mutual inductor. The test results directly show in digital, and can be equipped with the RSC232 interface for user, convenient to connect with computer.

◆ During mutual inductor calibration process, the instrument can measure impedance of the tested mutual inductor secondary circuit or the active component and reactive component of the admittance at any time .

◆ This instrument can automatically indicate polarity. When the polarity is wrong, the instrument can automatically cut off the differential current (differential voltage) circuit, ensure the safety of the input circuit, and send out the alarm, send attention to tester.

◆ The instrument can be used as AC potentiometer in Cartesian coordinate system, measuring small AC current or small AC voltage.

◆ The instrument can measure the secondary voltage reducing of transformer with the isolated PT and the operation box.

◆ When test mutual inductor, standard current mutual inductor or standard voltage mutual inductor can be used as the standard, and also the two stage current mutual inductor, two stage voltage mutual inductor or inductive voltage divider can be used as the ratio standard.
